		<description>I'm starting to see a common issue here...no backups.  You should be backing this stuff up on at least a weekly basis anyway.  

I mean, I even back my blog up weekly and no one would even know if it fell off the face of the earth.</description>

		<description>I swear I did the exact same thing about a year ago! I was able to save the majority of my posts, but I have no idea how, and of course I failed to back up my database too. I love Wordpress, but sometimes it's a mystery. :)</description>
